What we sell
We sell physical poster prints of original motorsport artworks. Every piece is a printed reproduction of an original painting.
We do not sell digital downloads. Nothing on this site is delivered as a file.
The texture you see in an artwork is in the original painting, not in the paper.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full — if:
- the item is unavailable or cannot be produced
- the price or description was clearly wrong
- we cannot take payment
- we believe the order is fraudulent
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it. Where a price is converted, it is marked as approximate — the exact amount is charged in the store own currency at checkout, and the checkout total is the one that counts.
Payment is taken by Shopify Checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Discounts shown on the site are applied automatically at checkout. Where more than one applies, the total shown in your cart is what you pay.
Colour and finish
Screens differ. We photograph and reproduce each artwork as faithfully as we can, but the colour on your monitor or phone will not match a printed piece exactly. This is normal for art prints and is not a fault.
Copyright
The artworks, photographs, and text on this site belong to Pitlane Prestige and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Buying a print buys you the print. It does not transfer any rights in the artwork.
The catalogue depicts real drivers, cars, liveries and team marks. Those trademarks belong to their owners. The artworks are original works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any team, driver or series.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer. EU law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal; we voluntarily extend that to 30 days, as set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods as described. We are not liable for losses beyond that which we could not reasonably have foreseen — for example, a delivery delay caused by a carrier or customs.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
